TortoiseGit is a strong revision control client for Git that can grant a better management of source code in time, granting access to older versions of your files.
TortoiseGit is a Microsoft Windows shell interface to Git and inspired by TortoiseSVN. It is open source and can completely be build with free available software.
TortoiseGit is compatible with your regular tasks, such as showing logs, committing, creating branches and tags, diffing two versions, creating patches and so on. You are welcome to contribute to this project (help on coding, Translation, documentation, test preview releases or helping other users on the mailing lists is really welcomed).
