OSFMount is a simple and lightweight application which offers you the possibility to mount disk images in your system with a drive letter. The utility will mount the images as read-only by default in order to prevent the altering of the original files. The mounted disk image files can be analyzed with the PassMark OSForensics software.
In addition, OSFMount allows you to create RAM disks, offering support fro various tools that require increased speed disk access, such as browser, database applications and games. The application also offers increased security. because the disk content is not stored on a physical drive.
OSFMount lets you mount image files in a vast array of formats, including ISO, IMG, BIN, DD, NRG, 00N, AFF, SDI, AFD, AFM, E01, VMDK, VHD, S01, etc.
