Eyes Relax is a program that reminds you about taking those breaks. It a very malleable tool, which enables you to determine two independent (long and short) work periods, break types, the length of the breaks, notification sounds and many other settings.
Eyes Relax also provides the parenting options. It can enter the password secured Parent Mode in which the user is forced to take those breaks (during the break the PC is locked).
