BS1 Enterprise Accounting - accounting extensive distribution manufacturing application: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Orders, General Ledger, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Manufacturing, and Sales Analysis program. For all countries.

The BS1 Enterprise Accounting start pad suit compactly on your display. Select a program to set the toolbar to the four most regularly used options. Example: Manufacturing toolbar: Items, Receipts, Manufacturing Orders, Reports.

Sales orders may be added as Quotes and printed for customer authorization. When authorized, the status will be changed to On Order.

Picking slips could be printed for the shipping department. Bills of lading will be printed to go with the shipments. Numerous shipments are permitted per order.

BS1 Enterprise Accounting wholesale distribution options contain sales territories, price lists, sales analysis, multiple ship-to's per bill-to, back-order management, and numerous units of measure.

Manufacturing orders default to the product standard component materials and resources, which you can then change such as for manufacturing a custom product.

Planning of shipments, manufacturing and purchasing is assisted by a report displaying current sales orders, inventory levels, purchase orders or manufacturing orders.

Multi-currency options facilitate buying and billing internationally (import or export).

User-defined financial declarations can be generated over a simple set-up process. GL account totals and inventory totals can be see on display with drill-down to initial source transactions.

Sample data is offered and there is an optional "wizard" to assist with adding initial live data.
