ZylTimer.NET 1.26

ZylIdleTimer.NET is a .NET item which allows you to take actions after a designated system-wide (related to the entire system) idle period or to verify the time interval of user pause. It peeks at all user actions for all programs , and cannot be restricted to just your application. It may be used to directly call a routine to log off the user and exit the program if there has been no operation for 30 minutes. It is aimed to shut down your essential program if the user has gone to home or lunch, and left the program running. Any user operations, such as mouse, keyboard, or mouse-wheel in any application software will be considered user operation and will reset the vacancy clock.

System Idle time is the interval of complete user inactivity. In this period of time any user action is missing on the PC, like using a key of the keyboard or touching the mouse or using a mouse button or rotating the scroll.

ZylIdleTimer.NET is developed completely in C# using .Net framework and API calls.
The demo variant is completely functional, but it shows a nag dialog (the licensed variant will, of course, not have a nag dialog). The suite contains demo applications for C# and VB.NET for Visual Studio 2008, 2005, 2012, 2010, 2013, 2015. A help file is also included.
