VX Search Server is a file search server based on rules, which works in the background just like a service and grants the ability to search files in one or more directories, disks drives, network shares and NAS storage devices by the file name, directory, regular expressions, creation, file type, file size,user name, file characteristics, last time it was modified or accessed, JPEG EXIF, text or binary patterns.

VX Search Server allows users to setup an immense number of files search taks, each one being capable of searching files using an expanded group of rules for file matching mixed with logical operators. Advanced users are granted with the capacity to mix multiple types of rules into hierarchic file search queries capable of accurately searching required types and groups of files. For example, VX Search Server allows users to search for all types of documents within the limit of X MB that were modified in the last Y months.
