Also, you can use various templates linked with more databases in just one invoicing system. For example, use one template linked with one database for invoices in US dollars, and use other template linked with another databases for invoices in Euros.
- Strong search ability. Search products, customers, invoices using miscellaneous fields and operators available. The compatible search operators are: Ends With, Contains, Equals, Is Less Than, Starts With, Is Greater Than. For example, you can designate your search such as Customer Name Contains Bill, or Product Name Start With Billing.
- Networking. Share information with your friends over a network.
- No macros at all. Excel macros are strong tools but sometimes they are thought-out to be related to security problems. The software is based on add-ins, so the invoice templates bundled in the program are not locked and you don't need to lower the security level of Excel in order to run the program.
