TurboTop is a lightweight and effective utility which gives you the power to to make any visible window to remain "always on top", without being covered by other opened windows. The program sits quietly in the system tray and by clicking its icon you will be able to access a menu containing options for all the currently visible windows. All you have to do is just to pick the menu corresponding to a certain visible window in order to make it "Always on Top". Furthermore, the menu displays the windows which are currently "Always on Top" by showing a check mark next to their name.
