TaskBowFree is taskbar substitute for Microsoft Windows: Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Window XP and Microsoft Windows 7. TaskBowFree can paint applications on the taskbar, and it's useful: you can find applications that you are looking for quicker, because the human eyes have a good response to distinct colors.

TaskBow allows you to gather and sort application in the taskbar. To do this, just press and hold the mouse button, drag the application to a new place and release the mouse button.

TaskBowFree, in contrast to the Microsoft Windows taskbar, offers you fast access to tasks in panels. To get access you just need move mouse over taskbar.

TaskBowFree can designate colors to applications. By default, when you start TaskBowFree, it has various appointments colors for programs that are regularly used: MS Word, MS Notepad, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Additionally, Taskbow includes "pink" coloring all the windows with the word "media" in the name. So, if you are using the MS Media Player or Explorer start the folder "C:\Media\", an application in the taskbar will be pink. Also, you can designate color to program names.
