These weak spots include encryption vulnerabilities and brute force attacks. By exploiting them, some unauthorized user can gain unauthorized access to your LAN and Internet connection while remaining unnoticed.

SoftPerfect WiFi Guard allows you to send pings to your computers and other network devices in order to find those which are active and will also help you retrieve firewalled computers that won't respond to ping. The application is also able to scan your network at specified intervals and will issue alerts when unknown devices are discovered.
