Smart Calendar is a tool that will enable you to easily generate and prepare your Event Calendar. The application allows you to create and type events into your calendar in a fast and easy way. The program can be used as a traditional calendar, allowing you to choose the time range for the calendar. Various day boxes for filling in your events will be displayed.

Smart Calendar allows you to customize your calendar, offering you the possibility to modify the background color, the alignment, text color and style for the boxes. Various colors for highlighting your events are available, as well.

The application provide three different calendar types: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. In addition, you can export and share your calendar. The calendars can be saved as PDF or HTML files which can be easily shared with your colleagues or teammates. You can also export your calendar to the MS Excel format for later processing. The PDF calendars can be easily attached to e-mail messages, with just a few mouse clicks. The application lets you protect the PDF files resulted after the calendar export, making impossible the copying of the photos that are included in the PDF calendar file.
