Sib Cursor Editor is a lightweight application that allows you to easily create and edit mouse pointers for Windows computers. The program lets you edit and create cursors in color depths up to 16 million colors, allowing you to customize your desktop and give your computer a fresh new look.

Sib Cursor Editor supports a wide range of image formats that cen be used as mouse pointers, including ICO, ICPR, BMP, JPG, XBM, XPM CUR, ANI, WMF, EMF, GIF, TGA, and PNG. In addition, the program lets you export your cursor images and save them as BMP, JPG, XBM, CUR, ICO, GIF, PNG, and XPM files.

Sib Cursor Editor is simple and easy to use. The application lets you set the parameters of a cursor you want to edit and provides a set of tools that will help you in the creation process. By using these utilities you will be able to modify the images by using drop shadow, grayscale, mirror effects, smooth, opacity, negative, colorize, rotate, etc.

Sib Cursor Editor also lets you extract cursors from executable files, animated cursor files or libraries.
