Round-Robin Mailer 11.0

Does your firm have a sales staff? Do you have leads turn up by email? If so, you apparently need a tool that spreads those leads promptly, accurately, and fairly to your staff. Round-Robin Mailer is created to do just that. It connects straight to a POP3 or IMAP4 mail server, reads all email, and sends each one to a member of the staff in a rotating mode.

Features:

- Collect email from mail servers that are compatible POP3 and IMAP4 access, just like an email application.
- Transmits email via SMTP. Both relaying and Direct Delivery are compatible.
- Bullet-proof accuracy. It can function for a very long time.
- Creates statistics (in a graph and table) of how many emails were sent to every staff member over time.
- A staff member can be simply marked "Unavailable" to expel them from getting the emails.
- An optional work plan can be designated for each staff member. The staff member will not get emails outside of the schedule.

- The Quota System is effective when the "staff members" are alternatively clients who pay for leads.
- You can create an email to the next staff member in the rotation. This is useful for fairly distributing a lead that arrived from another source.
- Particular types of emails can be subjected to custom processing.
- The body and headers of the forwarded email can be personalized.
- A detailed operation log can be created.
