Qmmp is a lightweight and easy-to-use application which will let you play your audio files. The application comes with a Winamp-like interface, being accessible to all types of users. Moreover, the application is able to support Winamp and XMMS skins, allowing you to customize the interface according to your wishes. Alternative interfaces are available as well.
Qmmp comes with a 10-band equalizer which will help you enhance the quality of your audio files. The program supports a vast array of audio file formats, including AAC, MP3, AAC+, OGG Vorbis, and many more. In addition, the audio player will automatically detect any connected removable devices, allowing you to play and manage the media files stored on them. Video playback is possible via Mplayer.
Qmmp also provides lyrics and cover art for your audio files. The application allows you to create playlists and save them on your local drive. Multiple playlist formats are supported, such as PLS, M3u, and XSPF. Support fro ReplayGain and CDDB is included as well.
