PDF-XChange Viewer is a free to use PDF editor and reader that enables you to see and edit PDF documents, all from within an attractive and instinctive user interface.

Viewing PDF files with this application is fast and smooth - you can skip over and back pages, view files in a large range of layouts, and seek and discover pages and keywords smoothly. The program's toolbars are fully customizable, and there is a large range of configuration options.

PDF-XChange Viewer's editing features are also very effective. Although the free variant doesn't enable you to make files from scratch, it does let you edit widely, with a few omissions, principally the capability to add or eliminate pages. Commenting, stamping, underlining, attaching documents and generating text boxes are all simply done, and can be customized and deleted in the click of a button.

There are also tooltips available, so you know what you are doing before you do it. This option is very helpful, as the program help is not very good. Additional nice options include a snapshot tool, file preview when opening PDF files and a big range of interface language options.
