PaintCAD is an easy to use program that helps you make GIF animations, fonts and 3D pictures, use your web camera to take photos or record a video.
This software program does not need installation, which means that you can simply copy it to any location on the hard drive, or even to a portable gadget such as a USB flash drive. The last mentioned option allows you to run PaintCAD on any PC that you have access to. Most notably, the Windows registry and Start menu and screen are not going to get updated with fresh entries.
The interface of the program is not very intuitive, as it includes a big number of buttons along with their keyboard shortcuts and reasons, which can confuse new users.
This software utility allows import from Windows Clipboard and BMP, PAL and GIF files. Exporting, instead is available in more formats, such as WBMP, PNG, ICO and JPG.
