NAPS2 lets you scan an unlimited number of pages from glass or ADF and includes duplex support. The scanned pages can be rotated, rearranged, flipped or removed, according to your wishes. You can send the resulted PDF files via email, directly from within the application. The PDF can be made searchable by using OCR.

NAPS2 also lets you configure scan options and parameters, including contrast, brightness, resolution, and others. The configuration profiles can be saved for later use. In addition, the software provides an optional CLI (command-line interface) for scripting and automation tasks.
