Mortgage is a lightweight, free and simple mortgage calculator for windows computers, that will help you easily evaluate your fixed interest rate mortgage loans. The program, will calculate the interest rate, loan principal, payment and duration. The program enables you to see the total interest paid and the total amount paid for a loan.
Mortgage is also able to display a repayment schedule with interest for each month and the amount of money paid toward principal. The program also lets you print the schedule or copy it to clipboard. The application is not usable for other types of loans, such as car loans.
