MailStore Home is a lightweight utility that will let you backup all your email messages in a central archive, even if they are scattered across different mailboxes, programs or computers. You can use this application on your PC or on a USB drive (the portable version).
MailStore Home supports POP3 and IMAP mailboxes, allowing you to save your messages from popular mailboxes, such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail. The program supports several email clients and services, including Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Office 365 (Exchange Online), Microsoft Exchange Server, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. EML and other email file formats are also supported.
MailStore Home makes sure that you will never lose important emails due to corrupted PST files, incomplete data backup or other technical problems. The application lets you easily restore your archived messages using the Export function. You can use this feature to migrate your emails, too.
MailStore Home comes with an efficient search function that lets you easily search through large amounts of data and quickly find what you want. The application lets you manage impressive amounts of data effortlessly.
MailStore Home also has a portable version that can be used directly from an USB hard drive or flash drive on any computer without installation.
