JAP makes it likely to surf the internet unobservable and anonymously.
Without Anonymization, every PC in the web communicates using a detectable address. That means:
- the website accesed,
- the internet service provider (ISP),
- and any auditor on the internet connection
can decide which website the user of a particular PC visits. Even the data which the user calls up can be seized and seen if encryption is not used. JAP uses a distinct static address which is common by many JAP users. That way neither the accessed website, nor an listener can decide which user visited and which website.
Instead of accessing directly to a webserver, users take a deviation, connecting with encryption via various intermediaries, so-called Mixes. JAP uses a prearranged sequence for the mixes. Such an array of linked mixes is called a Mix Cascade. Users can choose among various mix cascades.
Since so many users use these intermediaries simultaneously, the web connection of any one single user is hidden through the connections of all the other users.
Pros
- The tool helps you easily protect your privacy.
- The application is simple, small and easy to install.
