The software offered by BearStar Software is a Windows terminal emulator which can be used to establish a secure to a remote address. The connection type can be SSH (Secure Shell), telnet, NetBios, serial or RLOGIN. You can have multiple sessions of different connections in a single window, displayed on tabs. IVT seems like an improved PuTTY software.

If you are interested in an accurate and fast VT220 terminal to access remote servers from your computer the IVT is your software solution. It can help you if you use Unix text-mode apps like VI, EMACS or Midnight Commander.

IVT login system it's secure and you can use encryption features and Kerberos V5 or SSH authentication.
