EasyBilling is a lightweight, yet powerful and effective billing solution for your company which will increase your productivity and will significantly ease your work. All you have to do is just to pick the item info and the customer, and the program will do the rest of the work for you, automatically performing tasks like pagination, finishing layout, and more. The application allows you to export all the documents to various formats, such as HTML, PDF and MS Excel.

EasyBilling allows you to create eleven different types of documents, such as Proforma Invoice, Receipt, Delivery Note, Ordering, Credit Note, Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order, Packing Slip, Packing List, and Debit Note.

You can easily customize EasyBilling to fit all your company's needs. The program allows you to add your own logo, footer, header, label, set color, set the document's appearance and layout, and many more. Optional fields cam be hidden or added.

EasyBilling will generate comprehensive reports, offering you detailed statistics of your records grouped by customer, or by month. A monthly statement for Invoices is available as well. By studying these statistics and reports, you will be able to get an overall picture on your company's payments and sales. Ten different types of reports can be generated by the program.
