DiskPulse is a small yet powerful disk monitoring utility that lets monitor one or more directories or disks. This application will save detailed reports and will generate disk change monitoring statistics, allowing you to export them to a SQL database. The tool also lets you execute custom commands and will notify you via Email if unauthorized changes occur in critical system files.

DiskPulse is able to detect modified files, newly created files and renamed or deleted files. The program detects all system changes in real-time and will save a detailed report, notify you via email or execute a custom command whenever a critical change occurs. This utility offers you the ability to categorize, review and filter the system changes. It will also generate and display various statistics containing the number of changes per user, file extension, type, etc. The data is presented in the form of various types of statistical pie charts.

Additionally, DiskPulse provides a Command Line Utility which lets you control monitoring tasks from shell scripts and batch files. The utility is available only for the Ultimate and Server versions of this software.
