DAC for MySQL is a comprehensive collection of Borland Delphi/C++Builder components which offers direct connection to your MySQL database server. The utility enables you to generate various Delphi/C++Builder applications without using ODBC, BDE, libmysql.dll, and ADO.

DAC for MySQL does not require any MySQL libraries to be present on a client workstation. DAC for MySQL will add only 300-400 Kb to your executable file. Support for MySQL 3.xx - 6.x is included as well.

DAC for MySQL comes with complete support for BLOB fields and stored procedures, including INOUT, OUT, and IN parameters. Te application is compatible with a wide variety of data-aware report designers and controls. In addition, the suit includes the TDBImageEx component which offers support for JPEG image files.
