This program is a useful free to use tool that you can use it to rapidly transform text among Latin ant Cyrilic Characters. You don't have to to install this software on your computer, just download the executable and start it. This software is free for personal use, and does not make any customizations to your PC. Start the executable. A toolbar icon will appear, confirming that the software is ready to use. To convert text, just select any part from any source like a Microsoft Word file or an e-mail, and then use CTRL+M. The program will transform the selected text, and paste the results in place of the initial text. The program will directly find if the first few characters are Latin or Cyrillic, and achieve the conversion accordingly. To exit, right-click on the taskbar icon, and select Exit button. This program was designed specifically for the Mongolian language, but it should also work fine for the Ukranian or Russian alphabet.
