CrococryptMirror 1.4.1

CrococryptMirror is an encryption utility which mirrors full folders to secured folders. The encryption algorithms that are used are AES or Twofish (256 bits, cascading). The keyfile is encrypted by a password with PKCS #5 (PBKDF2) with a SHA512 and Whirlpool based HMAC using 100000 iterations and also Twofish and AES.

Also, a ZIP compression for storage space enhancement is used. For reasons of performance the synchronization of source and target folder will be achieved in the background.

A backup duplicate of the keyfiles has to be saved at a secure location. Without the keyfile the containers cannot be decrypted.

In the portable variant of CrococryptMirror keyfile and settings are saved together with the program folder. Hence, the full program can be moved on an external storage gadget. Also, the folder "container" can be used to save portable containers.
