Blat is a lightweight command line utility designed for Windows operating systems (both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures) that will send email messages via SMTP. The application is also able to post to Usenet via NNTP.
Blat can be used to automatically send logs, HTML forms or any other document via email. The application can be used with a wide variety of email servers, including IMAP, POP3 and NNTP. The configuration process is simple and fast, requiring only a few parameters.
Besides plain text, the application also enables you to send various attachments, eliminating the need for complex e-mail applications.
