AllMyNotes Organizer will encrypt your data on a binary level. All you have to do is to assign an Access Code that will prevent your data to be accessed by unauthorized users the program use 1800-bit encryption key even if you haven't assigned a password, avoiding to leave human-readable traces of your information on a computer or USB device. AllMyNotes Organizer enables you to restrict access to your files using a secret code.

AllMyNotes Organizer integrates a powerful Global Search function that will let you search text across all your notes using various search parameters. You can use Google-like expressions as well. Besides this, the program lets you search and replace text within notes.

AllMyNotes Organizer comes with improved text editing features, providing an advanced Rich-Text editor with automatic hyperlinking of URLs and various formatting functions. You can attach files of any kind into the text and a preview will be displayed for graphical content. A Spell-Checker that supports several languages is also included. Additionally, the program lets you insert checkboxes into the text and trigger them with a single mouse click.

AllMyNotes Organizer will backup your stored data automatically. You can schedule backup tasks to be performed at certain time periods or on exiting from the application. The program does not overwrite the backup files, allowing you to keep a history of all the backups.
