A Ruler is a simple and free utility that can be used as a pixel ruler or reading guide. This small program lets you easily measure various objects on your computer's screen, being an ideal tool for working with graphics or designing web sites.

If you use it as a reading guide, this tool will help you easily read text on your screen, being ideal for working with fine print documents, wide spreadsheets or long e-mails. You can easily switch between reading guide and ruler modes with only a mouse click.

A Ruler is customizable and provides you four skins: plastic see thru, stainless steel wood grain, and yellow construction. You can also create your own skins.

This tool is extremely versatile, giving you the possibility to flip each ruler or reading guide horizontally or vertically, or resize it to a desired length. You can also reverse the numbering on the ruler and its length can be displayed on screen.

A Ruler lets you take a snapshot of your screen and then magnify it for easier measuring between very fine points. The software also lets you use automatic midpoint, third and golden ratio lines, if you wish.

A Ruler requires the .NET 4.0 framework.
