Video Capturix is a comprehensive and reliable application which allows you to effortlessly capture video streams from your DVD camera, web camera and capture card. The program also lets you capture snapshots from your videos and save them as JPEG, PCX, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF, ot JPEG2000 images.
Video Capturix also integrates a movie viewer which will let you see the captured streams. You have the possibility to print directly from your video source and insert copyright data into your AVI video files. Moreover, the program lets you insert time, date and title information in your images. The video and image recording process can be triggered on sound detection or by using a joystick button. A task scheduler is available as well.
Video Capturix allows you to recompress your AVI videos using a different codec. You can also create AVI videos form multiple image files with the aid of the included AVI Builder.
