It permits users to transmit fax and voice messages from any PC in a local (or global) network with the client end application installed. Messages adapted by clients are transited over a server - one of the PCs in the network with the server end of Venta4Net installed. This PC must be supplied with a modem (or more modems) linked to a phone line (lines) or linked to the Internet (VoIP telephony).

The server can function as an answering robot and get fax and voice messages. Collected messages (depending on the settings) can be sent to a certain user or several users.

Programs comprising the Venta4Net suite grant users to make and edit the delivery calendar, public and personal phone books and transmission time masks, as well as see the events log and do a whole lot more.
