Resource Tuner is a small yet powerful utility which enables you to quickly and easily customize all your favorite application by modifying their resources and executable file. You can easily add texts, sound, or replace the programs' icons with other images in just a few simple steps. Large Vista icons are supported as well.

By using Resource Tuner you will have the possibility to quickly extract images, modify them, and then place them back into your applications. You can also extract images form a program and insert them into another one. The utility enables you to extract, view, translate, modify or repair resources contained by executable files with just a single mouse click. The program lets you work with a wide range of resources, such as Bitmap images, PNG files, icons, XML, strings, JPEG images, and more.

Resource Tuner also lets you perform various tasks, such as error checking, resource optimizing, automatically repairing, and more. The program comes with an Application Manifest Wizard which enables you to easily insert manifest resource into your existing applications.
