Reflexion is a lightweight yet useful utility which will remind you when it's the time to take a small break, of about 1-2 minutes, from your computer work. The program runs quietly in your system tray and will kindly notify you when it time to make a small pause.
Reflexion allows you to configure the number of pauses you should take in a day. You can also set the start and stop time for your breaks. The program will let you see a list containing all the pause occurrences. This list will be dynamically updated. Optionally, you can set the program to play a sound when it notifies you. MP3, WAV and WMA files are supported.
