IconCool Editor is an effective and easy to use software that will let you edit icons, mouse cursors and web graphics. The program provides all the needed functions for editing and creating ANI, ICL, GIF, JPG, ICO, CUR, and WBMP image files. This utility also offers more than 50 image filters and 20 image effects. The program supports 25 image formats and lets you extract, edit and save icons from various file types, such as ICL EXE, DLL or OCX.

IconCool Editor allows you to create and edit wonderful and semi-transparent icons for Windows XP and Vista in 32-bit color depth. You can even create Vista icons which incorporates compressed 256x256 images.

IconCool Editor lets you extract, modify and resave icons from EXE, DLL, ICL and other files. You can use more then 50 image filters (Embossing, Diffusing, Color Balance, Blurring, Sharpening, etc.) and 20 image effects (Wave, Noise, Linear Gradient, Arbitrary Rotation, etc.) to edit your icons.

IconCool Editor supports a wide range of gradients, including Filled Rectangular Gradient, Radial Gradient, Linear Gradient, Rectangular Gradient, and Filled Radial Gradient effects. The software supports 76 groups of sample colors, 24 of them being customizable. The effects can be used to print text in any icon.

IconCool Editor lets you modify or build ANI animation cursors, providing 100-level Undo/Redo functions for each icon. The software can open and process a wide variety of formats, such as PSP; RLE; SGI; TGA; TIF; TIFF; DIB; EMF; GIF; ICB; ICO; WMF; ICL; EXE; DLL; JPG; JPEG; PBM; BMP; PCD; PCX; VDA; VST; WBMP; PGM; PNG; PPM; PSD; and more.

IconCool Editor lets you save the images and icons as the following file formats: BMP; ICO; CUR; GIF; JPG; ICL; ANI; PNG and WBMP.

IconCool Editor lets you capture images of multiple sizes from web pages, your desktop or other applications. The software is capable of editing 10 icons at once. It's also able to use the edited icons for changing your AIM buddy icons.
