File and Folder Watcher is a lightweight and highly efficient utility that will monitor one or several directories for new files. The program will trigger a defined action when a new file is detected, such as running an another application with the newly create files. You can use the program to process incoming FTP files, pre-process your images as you take them, distill PDF files automatically, process e-mail attachments, load files into a database, and much more.

The program will process files after they were written to disk. Large sized files won;t be prematurely processed. The application is able to process incoming files individually or in groups.

File and Folder Watcher is able to track an unlimited number of directories and sub-folders. Unlimited actions can be triggered, as well. You can use this application to track renamed, modified, created and deleted events. The utility lets you monitor folders on network drives, local disk, or FTP servers.

File and Folder Watcher lets you filter files by creation time, attributes, file type, directory name, filesize, file name,and many others.
