CD-Runner is a lightweight media player which is able to detect and play media of all types, from MP3 files to Audio CDs. The application also lets you rip CDs, play Internet Radio, DVD movies, MP3 CDs, and many more. The program also lets you download CD information from FreeDB.
CD-Runner provides a wide range of skins for you to change its appearance. You can select from Home Stereo, TouchPad, Compact, Car, and Ribbon graphical face plates. You can make the player look exactly like a real home CD and DVD player, or make it look like a smaller car stereo. In addition, you can use the Portable skin to make the application look like a small MP3 player. You can customize all the skins and toggle between them while you are playing music or watching a movie.
CD-Runner offers complete support for freedb and other CDDB compatible databases, allowing you to easily download and submit Audio CD metadata.
