The application's launch pad fits very good on your screen. Selecting a program from the drop-down list is setting the toolbar to the four most commonly used options. Example: Time Billing toolbar has buttons for Jobs, Customers, Reports and Time Sheets.

Billing time opposite to the tasks which make up a job is helped by a stopwatch and a time calculator. The hourly rate charged is based on the task kind or from an custom rate for the task.

Multi-currency features eases purchasing and billing all over the world. Payables and receivables are tracked alone for every currency and the GL automatically converts expenses and revenues to domestic currency. Gain or loss due to exchange rate variations is overseen.

User defined financial declaration can be generated through a simple set-up process.

GL account overall and inventory totals can be displayed on screen with drill-down to original source deals.

The system comes with sample data to offer a fast overview and an optional wizard to save time entering the basic live data. The wizard sets up popular GL accounts which can later be deleted, changed, or added to.
