The application allows you to create wedding albums, custom postcards for your family and friends, change the appearance of a person in a photo, correct closed eyes, and much more. There are a several kinds of backgrounds available for your collages.

AKVIS Chameleon can be used to create promotional materials, greeting cards, wallpapers, and logos. The program can be used for custom web design as well. You have the possibility to combine photos with distinct color ranges with a simple mouse click. The application also help you obtain the effect of drawing on various textures, such as wood, crumpled paper, and more.

The application can be used in four distinct modes:

* Chameleon Mode
In this working mode you have the possibility to adjust the pasted image fragment to the target photo color range. The object's borders will be also smooth.

* Emersion Mode.
This mode enables you to combine several images in order to create seamless photo montages. The pasted object will be embedded into the background and only certain parts of the pasted fragment will be visible. This mode will help you work with difficult objects, such as trees.

* Montage Mode
In this mode you will be able to combine several images and create great-looking photo montages. The utility will transfer the chosen objects to a new background without changing their opacity or color range.

* Blend Mode
This mode will smooth the pasted object;s borders and will adjust the fragment's color range. Moreover, the software will change the opacity of your pasted object, making it semi-transparent and allowing you to see the relief and the texture of the primary image.
