MicroSIP is an open source application that will allow you to make VoIP calls using the open SIP protocol. The program lets you choose your SIP providers and use the account with MicroSIP. MicroSIP supports a wide range of voice codecs, including G.722@16kHz, G.729@8kHz, speex@8,16,32kHz, iLBC@8kHz, Linear PCM@8,16,44kHz, SILK@8,12,16,24kHz, GSM@8kHz, and G.711@8kHz (PCMU and PCMA).
MicroSIP also offers you privacy, thanks to its TLS / SRTP encryption capabilities.
