Anchor Rods and Steel Base Plates
Design of column iron base plates under any blend of vertical load or bending moment, including axial pressure, based on the AISC Design Series #1. This module develops the anchor rods (anchor bolts) in pressure and shear per the newest provisions of the ACI 318-11 Appendix D, as well as the shear lugs per ACI 349, and the needed anchor reinforcement.
Design of iron columns related to axial load, biaxial and shear bending, per either the LRFD or ASD methodology of the AISC 360-10. Every second order or increased first order analyses may be designed. Discover all the sections that suit the specified design criteria. Graphical interaction diagrams are simply generated. WT, W, Pipe, HSS, L or 2L sections may be designed .
Iron and Composite Beams
Design of iron or composite beams related to bending and shear, based on the newest AISC ASD and LRFD methodology. Restricting deflections and camber can be stated. Find all the parts that meet the stated design criteria. Partly composite beams can be correctly modeled.
